Pre-Order Cancellations

You can cancel pre-orders up to one month before the release date.

Delays in release dates, product allocations, production, distribution factors, and other logistics are beyond our control. No exceptions will be made.

When Will My Order Ship?

All orders containing pre-order items will be held until all items in the order are released or have arrived.

Orders will generally be shipped on the release date of the products.

If you would like to split your shipment, please contact support and request a split shipment. Additional shipping fees will be invoiced, and once paid, your in-stock items will be shipped.

Quantity and Order Adjustments

We reserve the right to adjust the quantities of ordered products. These decisions will be made on a case-by-case basis, and you will be notified of any changes. This applies not only to “buyouts” but also to situations involving high-demand products. Orders deemed to be for resale purposes may also be subject to adjustments.

Pre-orders may be subject to allocation, and if quantities become more limited, orders will be fulfilled in the order they were received.
