Refunds on Pre-Orders

Pre-orders can be refunded to the original form of payment.

Pre-order items cannot be canceled during the release week.

Refunds on Regular Priced Orders

All items can be refunded to the original form of payment as long as the order has not been processed or shipped. Once the order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be canceled or modified.

Returns

At this time, we do not accept returns on TCG products, sports cards, opened products, or products with manufacturing defects.

For all other items, please contact support within 5 days of delivery. Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged or Missing Items

If you receive damaged or missing items, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

Please note, refunds will not be issued for ripped boxes. This is a common issue that occurs during direct shipping from the manufacturer and is not a reason for a refund or exchange.
